I know it might stick in the throat a bit but this could make a lot of sense. Imagine the image of the Red Dragon of Cardiff for this water bottling company. TV and other media exposure and all that, with a prominent logo all the while reinforcing and tying in the two links, Cardiff City and Chinese pure spring water. Ignore the waste water bit. Bottled at source I would guess and I would assume its for the far east rather than supply here.
