Can't see it. If other clubs think that you have a large transfer budget they will hold out for OTT fees. Saying that will Malky spend money to bring in quality players or go backtothelower leagues to bring in players with potential for the future. Nothing is guaranteed. Seemed to be an extreme lack of ambition last season presumably because of the finances.
