one of the guys from my football team did this last yr and is doing it again this yr...


said it was tough, the obstacles really took it out of you, but all for a good cause...

I've had a good look at it and looks really interesting. Apparantly it's a little more than 10k

im told its normally advertised in mens health magazine...

yeah theres 3 of us running it at 11a.,starts in the bay i think. swimming through ice and running around millenium stadium it shows on mens health website!should be a good event. epilepsy wales paid for my entry saving me £55
