After being over 10 years in the recruitment industry, I had to wait until a recent court case for the Judge to give me the all clear that I could go back into it. When I sold my last agency there was a clause in there that I couldn't go back into the sector for 5 years because of fears that I would set-yp another agency and take the clients off them. However the judge in a recent court case confirmed that the clause is now void as the buyer was the one who originally broke the agreement between ourselves. Low and behold over the last week I have got back in contact with old clients and its amazing just how much work will be coming my way in the near future. BRING IT ON!!!
