He will need to wait until friday because the SFA are yet to make a decision on whether the players can leave for free as part of the Liquidation agreement.

Why this obsession with Scottish players?
With the rebranding we would be far better off marketing Cardiff on a national level so we actually need more Welsh qualified players in the squad.
The Scottish have cheated Wales out of the World Cup on two occasions.
Why give Scottish players a platform t perform at a higher level than the SPL, they may face Wales in the qualifiers.
