great battles & wars dont document colours of the uniforms worn it's about the campaigns and generals & victories
A good point in my view, I know it could have been worded slightly better but consider the fact he said it on Twitter (limited amount of characters per tweet)

So is he saying the club is at war with the fans?

No. Dont confuse concepts here.
History remembers the victors. If this change allows up to achieve victory, well, I'm all for it.

And if the club are not victorious?
Tue Jun 12, 2012 10:08 am
Then we don't get remembered. But its more likely we will than won't with this investment.

no its not its f*cking stupid, we dont go to watch the army at work
the first think you remember about football clubs is the colours
Tue Jun 12, 2012 10:51 am
saying things like that about battles and victories thinks he's bloody churchill now does he ...ffs...sorry but thats pathetic in my opinion.

he's another puppet,i know he's a big city fan but he's also a businessman whose made enough out of this club and knows whats been going on for months .yet another having his tummy ticked by the malaysians to keep them happy.

We will be remember as the Malasian Red Dragons if this all goes through. Sorry "When" it all goes through
Tue Jun 12, 2012 11:08 am
I think he's trying to make the point that if the Malaysians take us into the premier league and to futures trophies and successes, that's what will be remembered, not this current issue, we all go on about the achievement in 1927, it's the year and victory we remember and nothing else. I think he has a point.

The mans conduct for a director of a potential PL football club is embarassing.

So why do fans make reference to the 1927 badge when there was the topic of the dragon instead of the bluebird? Nearly 90 years ago and fans bring it up. Think he makes no sense at all!!
