i have it writing there twiiter spokesperson confirming it was a winner and the text transcript from the "help chat" conversation i had............Now waiting on them putting it forward to complaints as both said it should be a winner??

Worth trying as you say as lots of diffrent sites stating diffrent so ill follow it up with emails with the copys of converstions tomorrow if its not settled soon and if that dont work ill ring up and play f**k just to make me feel better
