I've been told ten players are in talks but that's all we have had is name after name linked and one free transfer.

good experienced player at this level. very similar to joe mason in his style of play.

No pace at all. Too many players with no pace last season. Our priority has to be players with blistering pace so at least we offer something on the counter attack next season

Not interested in this guy. Good, experienced, but a decent Centre half can handle
him nowadays. lacks the pace to frighten teams and we need pace up there

Lots of fine players never had pace.
Tommy Smith is a very intelligent footballer. Does all the right things correctly. Rarely loses the ball, can spot a pass & always got a top attitude.
Guarantee he'll become a fans favourite should you sign him. I know his dad so will ask him what the score is.

i agree, hes a decent footballer quite clever with the ball and i would be happy with him....
