I was having a conversation with an older bluebird last night (my dad) and obviously we were talking about the change and we came up with a humbling point. At the moment there are 3 different types of fans that you see in the stands. With the new bread coming in point 4.

1. Age 50+

What I mean is like my farther they don’t seem to ware the replica tops but don the more casual ware with a scarf on the neck. These fans have seen Cardiff city in Europe watched the likes of Brian Clake and Cardiff in Europe week in week out.

2. casuals.

You know who you are stone island, Ralph Sergio I don’t need to elaborate.

3. 90’S Kids

I would put myself in this bracket I buy the tops because we just missed out on the casual days a bit young I suppose for the die hard ruff and tumble and what not but still able to remember playing the likes of oxford and Nathan Blake.

4. Malaysian Kids

New era I see coming the really young kids with the red they will see the good stuff that Cardiff city has had the FA cup final (pre VT I know) carling Cup final, Play offs, Bellamy and what not.

It will be good to see the difference in the stand and that the fans represent how the club has moved on over the years. Lets not turn against fans or battle against the board but recognize that the club has developed and so will our fans, players staff, stadium facilities and owners.
