Everything is a matter of opinion Rich but there is superficial (admittedly) evidence (Polls carried out on several message boards and WalesOnLine plus hundreds of letters and emails in support) which indicate a majority in favour of change, providing it secures the future of Cardiff City.
Given that TG has done nothing dishonourable by coming back and acting on those wishes, in my opinion.

Ok fair point mate but Id wonder if that poll was taken on a home match day by attending fans how the result would have panned out, which I think would have been a more honest view. Any Tom, Dick or Harry could have voted online, from any club.

No, I don't believe there has been anuwhere near the level of consensus gained from proper consultation. There hasn't been proper consultation! The owners were never going anywhere, the 1.2million we have allegedly been losing every month is mostly interest on what the club owe the Malaysians! Can you not see that this is potentially becoming another Sam Hammam type situation only ten times worse!
We rolled over under Sam and we've done something worse than rolling over this time...
The colour change, the badge change, makes NO difference to their marketing strategy yet a large portion of our support have just blindly accepted it without asking the simplest, most basic of questions about....
why are we losing so much money? why do we NEED to change our badge/nicname/colour and eventually the seating/stadium colour (it will happen seeing as we'll be playing in red); why not consult given that this was all planned a year ago? why handle it in a way that was always going to split the support? why not invest in January? why do we owe THREE times as much money now compaired to two years ago? what is that money secured against? If they were going to convert ALL that debt into equity why hasn't that been done already? What's happening with the PMG debt? Ray Ranson?
I hope I'm wrong but it feels like we've been down this path before...It's just that trust thing...its no longer there is it?

Ok, although I post on here from time to time, and yes sometimes have a bit of banter, I haven't written one word on this subject because quite frankly it's serious stuff and nothing do with a jack! And I wont start giving my views or opinions now as it has nothing to do with me whatsoever. No matter what my views are I dont feel I have any right too view them on any Cardiff or indeed Swansea messageboard. But I will say this with regard to your online poll. I work in a very large establishment in Swansea (several hundred), and virtually every Swansea fan I have spoken too has stated that they voted for the rebranding just for a laugh, so make of that what you will. Good luck guys!
