The Club Shops Shame...somethings never change..

Tue Jun 05, 2012 6:47 pm

On a long Bank Holiday weekend in June with many people
off for 4 days and with Summer Holidays fast approaching
what hours do you think our Club Shop was open over these 4 days folks.

With DW Sports, Next, Asda, M&S, Mammas and Pappas, Costco and Smyths all open
with thousand of people shopping over the four days aswell as Mcdonalds & KFC attracting passing
trade with people also stopping at the Sandmartin for a few beers or a family meal this was surely
an excelent chance for the Club to make some money and open up for business?

Nope.

Saturday. 9-2

Sunday CLOSED
Monday CLOSED
Tuesday CLOSED

Wednesday, when most people are back in work.

9-5

Shocking.

It's always been armature and nothing has changed. Ticket office just as bad.

To close over these weekends is shocking.

Your right mate.

Dont think its any better than the the old portocabin at NP. They had equaly as good stuff over there
as they do in the new set up.

Nothings improved at all.

I was lucky i went down last saturday so it was open.

what i found funny was when i purchased a few things down there, the women on the counter rammed all my city things into one carrier bag and put the rest on top of the bag, she didnt even offer me another carrier bag.

And my mate who came down, couldnt find his size top so he asked could he have look of the ones behind the counter for his size and she said no :o

Its shambles down there :old:

Rightio pal.

A family member mentioned to me earlier that when they were down the retail park today
the Club Shop was shut.

Found it odd, so had a look on the website and it was shut from 2pm Saturday till tomorow.

I find that odd as f**k to be honest, you obviosly dont so we will have to beg to differ.
