I support Cardiff City Football club for it's tradition, history, local pride etc and the colour blue is our idendity.

Maybe my opinions shall change, or maybe I simply won't be able to support this club longer, it's not what I believed, I fell in love with this club, but to lose that connection, the relationship is at a low point.

While sitting in the stadium for the next year I shall always have mixed emotions, travelling away I'll be be balancing the 'saving of our club' theory and mourning the loss of our soul.

but

i've also seen the many teams getting success by the injection of cash we only have to look at Man city as just one example.
Do their fans think their success is not real cos they spent loads to get it? (i don't know the answer).

I know re-branding is extreme - but i dont believe that we will be the only ones in this fukin mad football world.

What I'm trying to say is that, after the hurt of whatever decision is made - we shall still be Cardiff city, that welsh club of sheepshaggers - i am a bluebird - nothing changes for me.

All clubs seem to have trouble with their owners nowadays - Man U, LFC, Blackburn, Villa - to name a few - it seems to be part of the game. ie:ManUtd wore the old colours, some formed a club - eventually, changes were made to compromise.

why us? i think - its like indecent proposal -

The Bluebird flies in my heart

my 3 year old son has bluebird stuff on his bedroom wall and a blue top- he will learn our history and the rollercoaster of life being a City fan.
kits will come and go, badges they can alter but to be a City fan is a life sentence.

agree with everything said but if we go red looks like the rich man has won his way to play with his new toy how best he feels ....i wont be happy.
