People would rather see us die?

Tue Jun 05, 2012 11:29 am

So people would rather see all of Cardiff City's FC's history go down the drain as they are unable to accept a small identity change? And don't blow it out of proportion, its not stripping away our soul, the history and records will remain. All they are asking for is a changed badge and a changed kit. The team and passion remains. It genuinely is ridiculous that people would not go because they are too stubborn to accept change.

And the pro blue camp. You will drag this club down and all our progress will be for nothing should you want to split. protest and more. I'm not saying the pro reds who caved in at the first sign of pulling out are morally right, but their willingness to change makes them the moral, and long term financial winners in this debate.

Ah of course. Those who fear, foolishly that we will become an entirely different club because of change

Jesus Christ it will still be the same club, it just looks a little different on the outside.

That's an age old argument you can't win. Over the decades Cardiff City AFC has changed, little by little, year by year.

That's progress for you, & whether we like it or not, change is inevitable.

Do we like change? Of course not. We all like our comfort zones. but that's life in the real world.

It's time now too look ahead, not bury your heads in the sands of time, that wont get you anywhere.

But that's just it... the club has changed 'little by little', but this is not 'little'.... this is one God Almighty change all in one go... no subtlety to it... it's a COMPLETE rebranding with no attempt to keep any of the old identity...

But you don't know that anybody's been lied to as yet, as the official statement hasn't come out!

I agree that TG's last statement said that we'd keep the blue shirt for this season and that if we change to red, he'll have some explaining to do, but if he and VT can justify the change, then so be it! :ayatollah:
