if we settle with pmg will we get the income from retail outlets again??? curious

screwed again by riddler! god they get 3mil+ a year from rent that would have been invaluable to us with fair play comeing in soon! and we only borrowed 9mil???? hate him to be my accountant but pmg loved him i bet!

To be fair mate, and I am no authority on this but I dont think we would have
got the ground without the retail park, and couldnt have got the retail park without
PMG developing it?

The Club were never going to develop the Retail Park were they? Was always going
to be an outside source and nothing to do with the Club as the ground the outlets are built
on is nothing to do with CCFC?

land given by council to city, they take buisness tax. we have rent from outlets which is about 3/4mil a year the land was ours until riddler sold to pmg, dont understand how he could negotiate a deal that loses us that amount per anum! for the sake of 9mil! whilst we needed money for completion of stadium surely must been way of regaining rent after loan paid! stupid or what?
