Surely they have got to go for someone who will be content to play the same style of football they already adopt. It works in that division, any changes to tactics and they are on borrowed time. Holloway has an ego that will see him do things his own way. They should spend the cash to get Martinez back, he started all this off.

Hopefully though they will go for a strong personality who does things his way and gets them relegated.
