33%, iv'e only spent a few nights in jail over my 69 years and I can guarantee no consented male on male action took place. However it might have done because every time I found myself in prison I was off my f*cking rocker on Ecstasy

This came up (no pun intended) in an episode of the Soprano's where Tony Soprano clearly stated that 'long termers' in prison had a 'pass' to have sex with men and would not be seen as gay (being gay is a death sentence in the Mafia).

So the 33% are not gay they are simply playing their get sex in jail free card.
