Brendan Rodgers more or less answers all that criteria

MM has said he has had what he wants especially off the pitch, a set up.

If he goes I have no doubt it will be down to the rebranding not going ahead and a reduced transfer budget.

What about money and security?

Changing Schools again for his kids......bet Mrs Makay will have a say.

If Norwich want him then he'll be gone,dont worry about that.

He'd get a full season there too and not be coming in half way through,so he'd be able to put his own stamp on things.He'll also see his old mate Rodgers moving too so might want to follow suit and into the PL.

The other thing is the lack of pisstaking of the Jacks,there's some on here i know but not nearly enough to what i thought there'd be,And the reason for that is you're all shitting yourselves that its going to happen to you.

I genuinely believe we are a "tougher" crowd to please and we don't get suckered into the messier cult thing our neighbours just have, however we get drawn into "one of the gang" stuff that MM has done brilliantly.
