listening to Talksport and they are saying Villa are not a bigger club than Norwich and their fans are deluded?
Then I come on here and our fans are querying why Malky would want to leave here if offered the Norwich job?
Nevermind Villa fans, I dont know who is more deluded - Our fans or Talksport.

They are going on about loyalty and a "bond with Cardiff", but he left Watford for us citing ambition. Nothing stopping him 12 mths on doing the same.

Seems a bit soon to me for him to leave tbh. He doesn't want to build a reputation as someone who jumps at a few pound signs. If he goes to Norwich and say Newcastle started sniffing around in a season or two he'd be off there. It wouldn't look too good in his cv

To be fair I dont think its to do with money, its an opportunity to manage in the PL.
This is all hypethetical of course but I think we have to be realistic.

Sad reality is - until we achieve something - we are still a small or at least not a big club.
Villa have 40k ground and regularily get late 30s in attendances
But they have done nothing since ron saunders except from the martin oneill period.
Cardiff as a Capital City should have a big club.
Norwich is slightly isolated in the sticks
Canaries is slightly camper than a bluebird and
Norwich is home of Alan Partridge!
Yet they are
26k at home and average 4k away or more and in premier league
I think some Villa fans and some cardiff fans are deluded

Of course they are but Mickey Quinn was calling them deluded and stop living in the past for saying so!!!!
Villa fan called up and told him to wind his neck in as Quinn is a hypicrote, seeing as hes a big Liverpool fan.
Quinns cringeworthy response "We won a trophy last season" :cringe:

I left after breakfast but after circulating Birmingham all morning nearly had to stop for lunch!!!
My kids fell asleeo for an hour and when they woke and asked "are we home yet" i didnt have the heart to tell them we were further away than when we started.

No one loves curry more than me
I went to Birmingham with a couple of the family for a show, by the time it finished it was 11pm on a Thursday. The NEC was a distance from the Hilton in Bromsgrove but we wanted a curry so the taxi driver took us to a random off street
Curry house, only one really open and they were about to close but said we could eat but "be quick" we weren't rushed at all but we didn't order starters etc and kept it simple and it was better than anything I've had in Cardiff, top quality food and service.
The taxi driver basically wrote this off as a nothing place so I'd love to see the other places

Sounded like a good night out then, im not one for hot currys f**k that im more of a rogan josh wimp myself although ive been to curry houses in bradford and cardiff a few times and sat around a table while others tuck in to a vindaloo while sweating like bin laden's best mate whos still on the run, i could never attempt a hot one had a spoonfull before then sank a pint of strongbow only to be given some yogurt off the waiter to ease my pain of a blistered roof of my mouth, the cinnamon tree in treforrest is probly the best i go to now but its all preference to whatever people like i guess

I personally think Norwich are not far off Villa size wise, look at the crowds Norwich still got when they were in League 1 and the Championship. I remember them taking 3,000 away fans to a lower league ground in the Carling Cup a few days after Colchester hammered them 7-1, great support for a Tuesday evening just after their local rivals hammered them. Norwich are a big club and both Norwich and Villa are much bigger than us at the moment.

We had a brill night, few drinks, good show, nice curry and then next day a good brekkie in the Hilton (always good) and a chill out in the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Just wish I could do it more often
My fav in Cardiff is the janata palace , bit oily but so tasty an the chicken is amazing. (I hate cubed chicken).
I used to love it as hot as they do it buy happy with a madras now it solved any problems the next day
I've had a good take away tonight as for as of sat morning I will be up latest 3am so have to eat reasonably
