in a perverse way could be excellent news for us. It might shake up a few at the top of the boardroom to stop dawdling around and give the man what he richly deserves. A kitty worthy of a club that have been consistently challenging every year in the second tier. Those who criticised Malky during our lean spells were wrong and with the right support from our board will take us to the next level. It's not rocket science and never has been and he wouldn't need 100 feckin million either. Just five or six of his own quality additions plus the chance to freshen up during the transfer windows(this theory is a proven one every year for promoted clubs)just to freshen things up and add an element of surprise then I know he'll give it our best shot. If our board aren't prepared too for whatever reason, Delia Smith and her board of directors will be more than glad to accommodate. Time is running out for us. I just hope they've got the knowledge and the heart to take a small risk
