The point I was making, is that Norwich took on Lambert, when he was relatively inexperienced and Malky has more experience now, than Lambert had, when Norwich employed him!
Your end quote, also makes it sounds as if Malky was playing against West Ham and frankly, I can't see the relevance!

I agree with you Norwich are a progressive club and Malky would appeal to them greatly if Paul Lambert left for Villa (which BTW would be a mistake IMO)

I think him wanting to go would depend on the funds he has at city as well. If we don't rebrand and his war chest is cut to a minimal amount I could understand his frustration.
