Blue kit next season, but what about the badge?

There has been a lot of discussion on both boards today regarding the colour of the kit for next season. It appears the growing consensus amongst quite a few people is that we play in blue at home. No-one as far as I can see has mentioned anything about the badge? Have all the re-branding plans been scrapped for next season or is there still a possibility we may have a dragon as the main symbol on our shirts? It was my understanding that next seasons kit has already been decided on and its too late to change. Its easy enough for the club to switch from red to blue because its just home and away but you cant change the badge that easy?

So will it be a bluebird or a dragon?

When we left the last meeting they showed us a badge that VT/TG had agreed on after the original one from the first meeting with no Bluebird on. They had said we could have a small Bluebird(at the bottom) on the new Red badge/Red dragon and Cardiff City at the top of the badge.

I know we would all rather our current badge, but if the Dragon badge is set in stone, does the added little Bluebird just make it look odd or daft?

I'd rather the badge look good instead of cluttered or ugly due to late changes.

Fight for the current badge by all means but lets not make the new badge unusual just for the sake of adding a small Bluebird at the bottom looking all insignificant.

Wayne, I'm still for the current badge, I cant stand the one I was shown, the more I think about it.

I can confidently predict that if there is no bluebird on the badge all hell is gonna break loose. Will be very interesting these weeks leading up to the new season.

Theyve promised us that their will be a Bluebird on it and we keep our nick name, I would be hurt/gobsmacked and they would be liars.

As far as we are concerned the kit will be blue and there will be no change to the badge. Well, that was my take of TG's open letter.

TG and VT need to make another decision and will obviously need to let us know.

What I can see happening is that they will use the results from the fans polls on WalesOnline and CCSC and make a decision to change the badge and colour against those opinions.
