CCFC Shop - made me smile!

Bought six away shirts last week online for my sons. Only three arrived but charged for six! Called the shop and recieved the other three the following day. The amusing part was that the person who wrote my address on the package spelt Somerset incorrectly it was spelt ...... SWANSEA!!!! Why would Swansea be on their minds???
It still arrived though, thank god for post codes!

There would been 3 jacks walking around with cardff shirts on lol!

Last game I went down to. Millwall I think it was.

Walked into club shop. Having a mooch about, looking at the stuff for myself,

Saw a car sticker, rectangular one, thought yeah like that but.........

It had CARIFF CITY on it

Told this manageress and she was so embarrassed LOL

Someone else I know from this forum, paid for 4 on line £40, emailed to say picking up, they let him, then 7 days later 4 arrived at his house, all true. We still are not professional behind the scenes.

Someone else I know from this forum, paid for 4 on line £40, emailed to say picking up, they let him, then 7 days later 4 arrived at his house, all true. We still are not professional behind the scenes.

On a plus side I ordered the white replica shirt last Tuesday and it arrived wednesday

I agree Annis, plenty of good ideas on the surface but when it comes to implementing them the lack of professionalism and quality of staff show. The ticket office and club shop need a big clear out IMO.

Luke, they havent advanced or improved as the club has got bigger.

This was going to happen to me. I went to pick some up and they gave them to me packed up in a Royal mail recorded delivery packet.
