After their recent media fiasco you would think that the Malaysians would try and improve the routes of communication this time around.Their silence combined with the speculation that it attracts is doing the club no favours.

Some parts of what people are hoping to hear would be best off kept quiet - like any transfer/wage kitty.

The only problem with this announcement is if it is positive it will tell other clubs we have a shed load of cash to spend and drive up the price just like it has for Leicester and West Ham.

Well the announcement won't be Jay Rodriguez signing for us. It's on twitter that Burnley have agreed a fee with Southampton for him.

I honestly believe communication is something that the Malaysians have dropped the ball on.

Once the leak was out theu has a meeting and released a non-commital statement and since then nothing.The fans are a major part of the club and they need to be informed , not every 2 minutes but its 2 weeks since we heard anyhing after what were potentially monumental leaks and that is unsettling fans.

The lack of information has created uncertainty and animosity amongst fans as nobody knows what is happening. The sooner the club release some sort of statement clarifying their position for next season the better off we will all be as it will remove doubt and start fans looking toward next season.
