Under 21/reserve games next year?

Did i read right that they will be played at the C.c.s next year? I wouldnt mind going to them! How much do you think it will be per ticket? I want to start following our youth a bit more.. Plus will players returning from injury or players not in the team be allowed to play to keep them fit? Any info would be helpfull thanks!
