Whittingham's house for sale?

Drove past what I've always believed was peter whittingham's house on penarth pier and noticed that it is up for sale. Any body know whether this is his house and is he moving because he's involved in a transfer?

Not making any statements just my observations.

all footie players move every year or two. they normlly take 12 month leases.

mcnaughton and taylor both have moved this month. if whitts is up for sale its normal

Not sure where Whitts lived before but I heard that he had an offer on a house up from me.

Its a 4/5 bed detached in the Vale. (maybe not right to give the exact location)
