Another British soldier killed in Helmand, not even worthy of news now on the bbc, seems that it's gone the same way as in the darkest years of N I when gradually deaths went from front page, to second page, to barely a mention in a small paragraph on inner pages, which if blinked you'd miss.

When we finally pull out the Taliban will filter back to all those brave boys and girls would have died for nothing. Don't forget Russia tried and failed. USA failed so the top two with the most firepower did nothing.

I feel for the families and friends of all the dead and wounded. I do hope Mr. Blair can sleep easy in his bed knowing what he has commited our troops to. I hope in time history will show him to be wrong on all counts.
