According to The People we are going to put a bid in for £800,000 for him.

Player of the year at Coventry for the last 2 seasons. Plays at right-back or central defender. 6' 2" tall.
One year left on his contract. Coventry are trying to get him to extend his contract. Could be a good shout.

800k for a defender in the last year of his contract, He must be pretty good. Who will he replace.
IMO our defence is good enough, We want strikers and 2 quick wingers!!!!

He is a right back so would be competition for Kev. He has been player of the season last three seasons for Coventry and Carlisle. They turned down £500k from Bristol City recently for him

If we go for him, this COULD mean that Ben Turner is on his way to West Ham. Or Keogh could provide good competition with Super Kev for that right back position.

Competition in all areas I would think

We have released Quinn and Naylor and we are probably going to sell either Keinan or Gerrard so Keogh would provide cover for centre half and right back and give kev some competition. Could give kev the pressure he needs to get back to his best.

Would be a great addition to the squad.. Can't get enough quality.

The bigger our squad, the better. He would be a great signing.

8th best scorers last season

Great player for Coventry, but a side pushing for promotion?

Decent player - and we certainly need options at right back, Mcnaughton had spelles last year when he was out of sorts, but still played as MM clearly didnt think Blake or Quinn could do the job.

I dont think we should judge him on Coventry's performances. We signed Hudson and Marshall after relegations and (IMO) they have been successful signings.

We signed both Turner and Gunnarsson from coventry and look how well they've done for us! All of Malky's signings so far have been good in my opinion

Sorry but i have to disagree, you only have to look how many times we lost points from winning positions and the number of sloppy goals that we conceded.

That's not just down to the defence. Surely you know that?

Don't understand people saying if he signs he will be good backup/competition for Kev, I'm hoping Keogh would be brought in to replace Kev at right back as Kev isn't good enough.
