spinal Injury

How can a person who suffered a severe spinal injury sign an oath? My brother suffered a C5 spinal injury a few months ago and we need to get his financial matters in order for him. He is willing to let my mom be his power of attorney but the issue is how to have him sign the oath. Can this be done through a Commissioner for Oaths?

can be done thru solicitor doesnt have to be signed by the person unable to sign! same thing applys if not mentally able to look after affairs not sure how it will work for you but it is easy to do just takes time probly, also believe you may have to go thru court of protection but it can be done,
