i have been a Cardiff fan my whole life but if i had the choice i would have to choose a large premiership club over my hometown club, as a pro my main priority would be to be as succesfull as possible ie, winning as many competitions cups and leagues as possible and as well as earing the highest wage as possible to provide for my wife and kids.

although it would be the dream scenario Cardiff are not good enough to provide world class players like bale ramsey and bellamy with what they deserve to achieve (yet)

it would be my dream to play for cardiff and i proberly would for a few seasons but i had the choice of scrapping in the championship for years on end on 8k/w or play for one of the biggest clubs in the world winning major trophies on 200k+/w and making a name for myself as one of the greatest players in historys i no what i would choose.

supporting a football club is great but i would never sacrafice fullfilling my life to be a servant to thousands of fans i dont know and owners who dont give a shit about football but only money.

if it is such a easy option why dont all pro players represent there boyhood clubs ? and remember these people are likely to be much more passionate about the game than me or you.
