Anybody else suffer with this ? I do and it's very painful .I usually put a bag of ice on my shin but just wondering it there is any thing else I can use/take.

Anti inflammatory pain killers or you can get special padding for the soles of your shoes-trainers you can buy in boots the chemist if its flat feet that's coursing it lol never suffered from it myself.. I just had a look on google

Use to have them really bad I was recommended that I change my running shoes and ot seemed to work A good running shop will be able to put you on a running machine and look at your running style and impact I think the one in Cardiff is ACE foot ware it does a lot with city players and designs of there boots Cardiff City recommended them to me when my son was at the academy

I worked in this area for thirty years, get down ACE Orthotics and get some good custom made insoles andyou'll be sorted.

I had it fairly bad. If you get it while running try running on grass instead.
I had some orthotics made(I have flat feet). They were pretty good. Feel weird at first though.

I get it bad too. Get hold of some Voltarol gel, reduces the pain a fair bit

Sorbothane insoles are good, used to be about 20 quid well worth it.
