Why is it taking up to 15 seconds to load up a page?

Keeps saying waiting for cas.criteo.com? in the bottom left hand corner!! 
This is the only site giving me problems!!

Its a domain server to which the site is run off that has the problem not you. Ive even had server overload errors on here before just before a carl update and when it was chaos two weeks ago as the news broke out about this red and nickname lark

Its a domain server to which the site is run off that has the problem not you. Ive even had server overload errors on here before just before a carl update and when it was chaos two weeks ago as the news broke out about this red and nickname lark
I get that every night - mine says "internal Jack over load" there's me checking all the spare jack sockets on the back of the pc but it actually meant a huge influx in Swansea ip gateway addresses to this site....

you be supprised at the guests that are genuine and i bet half are bot progs run by jacks trying to overload the site with proxy ips to shut it down
