If i remember correctly Darlo were averaging about 2,000 at Feethams, then go and build a 25,000 all-seater stadium. Why

He made his money in 60s as a safe blower apparantly. Dodgy as they come. Clubs like darlington are life blood of lower leagues. without darlo, rochdale, halifax, crewe we would not have the big 4.

Same i remember the old shed scarborough had which would be to are right view from the away end but they used it for a stand how they got away with tin sheeting ill never know yet it had room for about 400 people

yes and rem our dark days crowds of 2000 where was our support and we didnet have any neighbours

What an idiot of an owner.. Building a 25,000 Seater stadium because England bidded for the World Cup 2018 or whatever thats why the stadium was built and funny because they didnt get it.

Yeah I remember Scarborough, bloody long drive! I think we had around 1000 fans and Bowen scored which more or less got us promotion
