Just booked Olympic tickets

Fri May 25, 2012 10:12 am

Wife told me there's good deals on Olympic Tickets in Thomas Cook, she said I can pick the event!

I just booked the beach volleyball in Horse Guard Parade

Well if I've got to sit through a sport I wouldn't normally sit through I might as well be perving!

Decent price though, hotel and ticket plus train ticket from london hotel to horse guard for £89 each
(bad news is its the Ibis in heathrow) but I'm just happy to be going along

Quality mate - best send her shopping then...

Got them for GB v Uruguay footy at Millenium on 1st August - just hope they pick Cavani and Beckham respectively now!! £45 for three of us £20 for me and the kids paid their ages of 15 and 10. For that you also get the Switzerland v Mexico game thrown in, so quite a good deal I thought.

Thomas Cook will have loads left they can't get rid of, could send them over the edge in terms of their money problems.

And the Thomas cook prices are ridiculous, track cycling ticket £150 face value with hotel is £999. So four tickets that should cost £600 actually cost £4000 so the hotel room for one night is £3400.

the tickets have already been paid for by thomas cook so it wont send them over the edge.... they came out of last yrs budget.

Some of the breaks are expensive as they are cat a or aa tickets and are full hospitality with private transfers from hotel to venues return.. they are called games break plus. also the hotels are charging a fortune for their contracted rates and we have to make some profit in it otherwise whats the point.. we also paid a fortune to be the sole supplier in the uk for games breaks with hotels again hense why some of the events are silly prices...
