What ever happened to Joe Ralls?

I mean, I remember last seeing him on the pitch in the first leg against the eagles, along with several scouts from the premier league watching him. I remember also prior to the match a lot of press on Ralls regarding his skill as a young footballer. After that game he vanished!
So what happened? Did he grow an ego, & got taught a lesson by MM
Or.. Did Malky take him off the scene to protect him?

Ralls got a stupid amount of stick after the palace away game so maybe MM just let him take a back seat for a bit.
He'll be back no doubt.

To be fair he did have a bit of a shocker at palace away.


But I don't think anyone expected him to be gone for the rest of the season, I hope it's for footballing reasons and we didn't destroy his confidence after Palace away

He wasn't at his best at palace but he wasn't the worst on show, he did become a bit of a scapegoat for that result though.

I doubt his confidence was knocked but maybe MM removed him to keep it that way.

Yes I'd be very surprised if he didn't appear again. When he played well he definitely looked to have a bright future ahead of him.

Last time I saw him down the vale he had an ankle injury - that was about two months ago.

He came on in a game towards the end of the season as sub.

Maybe it was just a case of the arrival of liam lawrence and a near fit again steve mcphail meant joe didnt make the bench,which again highlights how bloody ridiculous the new maximum of 5 rule is.
Definetly see more of him next season

Joe Ralls is a special talent!

People haven't really seen too much of him to judge in depth to be fair. However, I think he'll become an integral future player for us like Ledley was.

He'll be back. Trust me.

Last game he played was against Derby.

There is a simple answer to this topic heading.....Stephen McPhail! He returned to fitness and it mean that Ralls wasn't really needed innthe squad as much. He's a youngster and will continue to be nurtured too
