I was there to the right of all that. Good trip, good crack as it always is watching Wales in Europe. Looking forward to doing a few aways in the qualifiers...problem being the games I want to go to are late in the campaign. Just hope there's something to play for.

I was there with the Italian fans chucking coins, lighters and bags of piss from above but the best laughh was when Welsh fans grabbed a huge banner hanging down from the upper stand and a tug of war ensued which the Welsh fans won. :)

Later that night we were in a resturant having a pizza and few beers when some Welsh fans come in with the huge banner they had nicked off the Italians

Great trip with a great welsh following pity about the result :(

Didn't we get pasted 4-0?

I was there too, and remember going towards the top of our stand behind the goal that was undercover, luckily cos I saw all sorts of 'liquid' come down on the fans in front of me. Fuckin' dirty Italian cunts. The best part of the match apart from the fans kicking off with the old bill to my right was when I think some Juventus fans dropped the big flag they had drapped over the stand above. Some fans in front of me grabbed it and managed to yank it down then set fire to it, ha ha. Was mental after the game too with bottles being thrown and it virtually pitch dark on our way back to the tube station. :ayatollah:

Some real racism towards the Italians in here

Its not on. You'd be frothing at the mouth if it was another nationality such as, oh I don't know, Malaysians

Talking of racists, I remember a group of Italians walking into The Borough before the game when we beat them 2-1. It was noticed that at least one of them was wearing a neo-Nazi badge. They ran out of the pub shortly afterwards and disappeared down St Mary Street with a group of Cardiff boys hot on their heels.

A good night was had by all - except the Italians.

Wrexham boys were top drawer out there and ever since they have had a lot of respect from Cardiff. :ayatollah: Mind you Dai Ton got the VC, he must have been battoned for ten minutes and he still dished it out.lol

The Italians certainly didnt do themselves any favours over there with me personally hope they get stuffed every game they play in. Yes there was inter fighting with Welsh clubs granted 10,000 bound to happen but the Italians were at it with everything they could their hands on people on mopeds wielding bicycle chains it was like modern day jousting ffs, It was the daytrippers rugby type who went over I felt sorry for inside the stadium all sorts being thrown around.
