What a week!!!

So It started with an interview with Lothian Buses on Monday (who stated when they sent the application they were not actively employing drivers with PCV licenses) and were looking for trainee drivers with car license only.
I did all tests and passed and gave a assessment drive with no faults, however I recieved a letter on Wednesday saying my application was unsuccessful. :-0
Shortly afterwards I took a fone call from another company in Edinburgh, Edinburgh Coachlines -asking me to come for a interview and assessment on thursday ( today ).
The process went fine and I had a good feeling leaving the place,At 1430 this afternoon I took a call from the guy who did the interview offering me the job to start on Monday 4th June
If I leave my current employer on this date I will not be entitled to redundancy pay!!
But If I hold off the offer will be taken up by someone else.
My current employer has still not given me the notice that I will be made redundant, I am currently at risk of.
