Southampton Bid for Rodriguez

I dont mean to be a killjoy but it looks like Southampton are in for jay rodriguez now too putting in a 6 million plus bid in apparantely...i think this could all be agents and media stirring up interest in him for more clubs to start a bidding war for burnley to cash in who knows! I agree, especially the role of the agent as he would gain financially through the agent fee system. I say Cardiff are being used in order to generate more interest and gain a better deal for Rodriguez. Similar to Andy O'Brian from Leeds being linked with us.

let him go there then lets move on and go for someone like rhodes or maybe even jay bothroyd back i rekon ?

His loss if he wants to go and sit on the bench in the Premiership... Look at the likes of Goodwillie,Conor Wickham same would happen to Rodriguez prob and if they aint playin week in week out it does nothing for them imo, plenty more targets out there though, Rhodes or Sigurdarson would be my choices
