I don't want us hamstrung by players and agents, we should be looking at league 1 and 2, scotland/ireland/europe for our up and commers - the up and commers in the championship are in the shop window for the premiership and their prices are usually higher as a result

Would say about £2.5 million would be right. Good season but will he be able to carry it on - nobody really knows. Thats why the strikers who do it season after season are the most highly paid and sought after players. Scored a cracking goal for them against us in the final game of 2010/11 and gave the defence and Bywater in particular some right scares that day, but not really seen much of him since then.

Potentially but people are saying 2-3m and I just can't see it. They could prob get around that in comp and keep him for another year.

I think he should use his head and gain promotion from the championship instead of going straight there.

If he wants to leave Burnley I assume he would want to go to the premier league. Joining us would almost seem like a sideways move.

agree with this, I would say 5m but as he is in last year of contract 4 or 4.5m should be enough!

4 MILL MAX and a further 1 mill if he gets us promoted

I reckon CCFC will offer £3m upfront with a further £2.5m after promotion as well as other clauses based on goals and international appreances.

I also think CCFC will accept a bid of around £4m for Ben Turner from West Ham a deal that could see a player coming from London to Cardiff albeit on a season long loan.
CCFC can in my opinion replace Turner quite easily at this level with players like Chambers and Mills who I think will both be available.
Would like us to get players like Will(I love lee Naylor) Buckley simply because of what we lacked last term which was Pace.

No doubt Malky has his targets and only time will tell.
