I think that's the one. We will spend on talented kids, and experienced frees who naturally want to do well, Bellers is an example, the will to win. I don't think Carew has the hunger in his belly, a bit like Jay.

Another player that would do well - with his experience especially!

But would have to be very low wages or even a pay per play deal for me. Otherwise, I'd rather get in young hungry quality players.

I can't understand why he wasn't a success in the champ, good in the air and decent on the ground.
Maybe his legs have gone or just not up to it.
