It cant happen next season due to season tickets already being bought, but the season after there is a possibility if we moan about it all year

Unfortunatly police free games and zero trouble mean more to the club than atmosphere.

The away fans pretty much get to their left is the family section, otherwise the club with the most banning orders have 10 foot murals of Bartlett and his girlfriend around the place. As you know, the theory is this diffuses any antagonism to the 6000 fans to their left. So far it has worked why will they change it ?

Now lets put 6000 lads in there, (and I bet the Canton has greater beer sales than the grange) with only a rail between them and the tension raises. the tension raises- more coppers, greater expense, more chance of arrests - the club are desperately trying to change our reputation.....

Would not surprise me in the least if this isn't already under consideration. We cannot get a decent atmosphere going in The Canton (barring play off and cup semis) so someone will finally conclude that the lads need the Grange End back. I think there will be a lot of chants next season for this.

Swap the geordie game only. It's a pre season friendly, nothing riding on the game, both sides experimenting, it'll be great. Someone suggest this to the club. The toon army always travel in numbers but not really any grudges between us. The more I type the more I think its a brilliant idea.

So by reading this if we get to swap the Canton all would be Rosy ?

I always said it wasn't the stadium that made Ninian Park intimidating, it was the fans- One of the many times I have been wrong.

A very open stadium with CCTV has made us all a bit shy, don't know why.

We want our grange end back, say we want our grange end back. In the tune to we are tope of the league. There we go it doesnt need to be a mass of demonstrations it can just be loud singing on match day about the grange end!
