Cos how the f**k can a team who finished 6th in there league be CHAMPIONS of europe ...the name has to change ,champions means you won your league and it is the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE !!! ,may as well called it the european lge as teams in there from 2nd,3rd and 4th spots are hardly champions are they !!!

I understand that, just happen to think its complete bollocks, I understant the concept of it being a trophy for 'Champions' but what do you honestly propose TNS, Shamrock Rovers and co. being in the group stages of the Champions League? It would be bloody embarassing. The Champions League has overtaken the World Cup imo as the biggest prize in football, purely because the best players play in this competition. Surely it would downgrade its prestige if you've got some amateurs from the Welsh Premier League in the competition.

Totally agree: I think the way the governing bodies Uefa/Fifa ex..... Have fecked it all up with the stupidity of it all. I remember Saint ant Greavsy and the likes warning Us of the plans Eufa had and that Football would go the way it has. It has devalued the domestic game and principles of Football within. The FA WFA and SFA System has been hit the hardest when you remove all the pomp. The Damages (1 The Premiership.... It has become more important to be 2nd 3rd or 4th in the league than to win one of Our domestic cups ie...Fa Cup/league Cup, (2....The once proud Cup winners Cup is now a farcical competition that allows Clubs with no achievement to participate With Clubs that have won a domestic cup, Then Those Clubs have to put up with the failures of the Champions League to have a second chance of glory when in fact the whole Team should be deemed Cup-tied into the competition that has already got under way. These silly rules effect Our game most because the one loved and prestigious FA CUP that had massive respect throughout the World is sadly becoming a hindrance? If the FA had any sense of value to Our game They would at least make changes so the Fa Cup and even the League Cup winners qualify for the Champions League, Then if there is still a 4th spot available'' Then make the teams in 4th and 5th play off for the right to enter the Champions League, Our domestic Cups would soon regain the respectably They rightly deserve.
