Just started watching a sky plused week in week out, BMI gone, no decent flights ??

I remember flying from Bristol about twenty five years ago it was like someone's front room, how the he'll has it over taken Cardiff Airport.....

VT when you've sorted out City can you sort the airport out.

We are flying to Orlando from Cardiff so that's something

I cant get a straight flight to Frankfurt from there. Have to change in bloody Amsterdam and i don't have time to look at the 'finer' sections of the city

The management need to sell up and let a owner do something with it. I can remember Bristol Airport being two living rooms and a ktchen!

Basically the owners never invested money into the airport and also the owners charge higher surcharges to ALL airline companies to land their planes there ...... althought they ofcourse deny this but the facts are easy to see by the now empty car parks there in the summer months and less and less routes plus NO low cost budget airlines !

I'm flying from Cardiff in July hopefully it's dead there flying with thomsons although the airport does look like dive, what more could you want as a passenger arrive at a airport, no queues no bumping into people couldn't want more in my view.

If you do find a direct flight, cheaper than Bristol, you've still got the ball ache of getting there. The roads are shit, Culver x, 5 mile lane or pendoylan. It's a f@#$ing joke. The welsh assembly had the choice to make major improvements and new roads along one of these routes last year and they bottled it, instead opting to improve the existing roads. All they've done is put a mile long cycle lane along port road. Big improvement

Fantastic Airport - local and you can fly to anywhere in the world with KLM no ques , no long delays , no booze cruise budget flights , just beautiful - saving driving up the m4 for a couple of hours - best UK airport by miles , calm relaxed and quick !

Vueling has routes to Barcelona, Alicante and Palma from Cardiff airport, quite reasonable too.

I got to fly premier from ams to cwl once and its good for an hour journey.

I can remember recent plans to build a new airport in Newport. Its laughable now as we cannot fill the airport that we currently have. Oh wait a minute, thats a bit like extending our stadium when we can only muster a 23,000 crowd for a playoff semi final or am I missing something?

what are u doing in Frankfurt, mate? I am based 30 mins away from Rhein/Main airport...

I am going from there on tuesday to Lefalonia, going in the VIP lounge also!
