While I admit I am a bit gutted we didn't get the boy, I must admit I'm rather glad no I have seen his motives.
Whilst Leicester wouldve probably offered twice the amount we offered and probably three times what Petebrough offered, surely he and his agent must've looked at the strikers that will be ahead of him at Leicester and then looked at us with youngsters like Mason and Gestede getting game time and reaching finals of major competitions, I don't know if it's my blue possibly soon to be red tinted Cardiff glasses but I looks like he has made a financial choice instead of a furthering your career choice.
Hopefully their is more truth to these rumours of Rhodes and Rodriguez, but I feel both will be bench warming a prem side before they will be at CCS.
