Yes he did sign a four year deal a few months back.

As far as I'm concerned he hasn't signed yet.
I believe a contract was agreed and to be signed once his loan finished. Not sure when his loan officially finishes though?

I would say at this moment no he hasn't something is in place but I guess it's not official yet as the pen hasn't signed on the dotted lines.
