By the end of this month all the Egg merchandise will be completely out of our Club shop.
The offices that the Eggs used, are now all vacate at our stadium.
All their signs will be coming down in the next few weeks and new ones with Cardiff City football club will be put up, on order now.
There will not be a trace of the Egg ever being at our stadium come the middle of June.


Would love to see a room on our history set up.

The Blues and the Ospreys should share a stadium in Bridgend.

Would be great to have a history room, could have it interactive, including commentaries of great matches/goals etc 1927 goal/various other moments Peter Sayer against Spurs in F.A. Cup/ Carling cup goal Turner/Blakes goal against Man city. There are loads that could be used, I am sure it would interest fans especially the younger ones.

We def need a history room, most clubs who have a great history have one. I reckon it would do really well.

It will be nice walking in there and seeing just City stuff and no rugger stuff.

The side now could be used for your books Annis and you could go upmarket from book signings in the Ninian now to the club shop. oooooohhhhhh

Oh well, atleast the new generation will have a room to find what Cardiff City is all about.

Great news

I'm happy that Cardiff City Stadium is going to be Cardiff City's stadium and not shared by the local rugby franchise. No offence to them, but they don't have the crowds to warrant playing in a stadium of that size and a lot of their fans didn't want to move from their home on Westgate Street. To be honest, if we were based on Westgate Street and then were told we were moving, I wouldn't be too happy, either. It's such a great base to have, with all the amenities around it and there's not much in Leckwith.
