yes i see your point Keith and tbh it was a example off the top of my head, this is why i'm trying to get find out what the exact deal with compass is.
have a look at the link below take into consideration these costs:
decent beef burger x 24 estimated price £6(compass probable pay less than half that with buying power etc)
decent bread buns x 24 estimated price £3 (as above)

i know other overheads aren't being taken into consideration like staffing and the loan to finish the stadium etc.

Total ingredients cost (ex VAT):0.43p cost of a burger to compass (compass won't be paying this much)
