Lawnmower is the one to answer this one precisley.
But to answer it off the top of my head the current share issue values the club at around £18m but of course that comes with all the debt.
If VT coverts the club debts into equity then he will have to issue shares to the value of £100m and purchase them with the debt owed to him personally.
The valuation of the club would then depend on what league we are in, what sponsorships we have and how big our fanbase is.
