ALL FANS E-TICKETING

To avoid the frustration with people trying to buy tickets like for the West Ham game, if all fans with season tickets, away members, those with fan numbers,and those without fan numbers ring up and buy a stadium card and get a fan number, register and log onto e-ticketing. Take a few minutes and make sure you are all properly registered and your fan number is assigned to your account. This means that in future you will be able to log in and buy your tickets in a matter of minutes. This includes any tickets reserved for you, ie season ticket holders seats for the play off semi. It is so easy, I bought my play off final tickets, semi final tickets vs Leicester, Reading, West Ham, carling cup final etc in minutes. Obviously it wouldn't avoid the 'extra ticket' scenario for the cup final, but it makes it so much easier for us regular fans to get our tickets, and takes the strain off the ticket office for casual and walk up fans at high demand games.
Just a suggestion, but those who use e-ticketing will tell you it so simple once your account is registered.
