Don't really care who wins or loses, but I would rather face Bolton next year than QPR.

SAme, QPR will just buy their way out, get WHU out as well and we could have a real chance of autos

Got the City game on, hope they can do it.

Anyone who has won the Premiership has bought it, so it will be no different but at least a new name on the trophy.

Arsenal didnt buy it

They are the only one who never spent big and the amount Man City have spent in 3 and a half years is despicable, over £150M losses each year

Arsenal spent around £75-80 million around the period of their last two titles. Closer to £100 million if you allow the building of that team.

Granted, Van Persie was a snip at less than £3 million.

They did however spend less than a million when they won in 97-98, however building that team in the years leading up was around £40million.

And I'm willing to bet the other 3( 4 ) spent far more than that

So in that context, compared to United's spending since 1992, Blackburn in the mid 90s and Chelsea from 2003 , they havent spent that much really. And some of Wenger's dealings are excellent, RVP for £3M, selling Kolo Toure and buying Vermaelen and making a profit, buying Anelka for £500K (mental) and selling for like £20M. He spends within his means, which is more than can be said of the others

Since 1992;
Arsenal have spent £340,090,000 and are £21,616,000 up on that period.
Chelsea £744,440,000 and are £515,965,000 down
Man United £483,150,000 and are £177,310,000 down
Man City £649,180,000 and are £473,627,000 down
Liverpool £552,205,000 and are £226,235,000 down

So you're correct on that front, but they've still spent a hell of a lot of cash and as it stands as Liverpool (and City as of 68 mins), money doesn't always buy you success!
