They are the only one who never spent big and the amount Man City have spent in 3 and a half years is despicable, over £150M losses each year

So in that context, compared to United's spending since 1992, Blackburn in the mid 90s and Chelsea from 2003 , they havent spent that much really. And some of Wenger's dealings are excellent, RVP for £3M, selling Kolo Toure and buying Vermaelen and making a profit, buying Anelka for £500K (mental) and selling for like £20M. He spends within his means, which is more than can be said of the others
