There are rumours galore. One that he wanted to an members for not backing Tan's plans. Now I find that hard to believe. Something happened and it is in the domain as Gwyn put the post out.

Thats private Craig but its pretty much what Gwyn has since put in a thread about some unhappy people but it also named some names that I would not like knocking my door.

It gave me a reality check to stop letting my internet personna getting carried away. what I consider
a bit of internet banter could easily be misinterpreted on such an emotive subject.

Although I would point out all serious posts on the subject I called for calm not protests, racism and insults towards VT.

No it wasnt like that but Gwyn has alluded in his Threats or Advice thread that some naughty people were not happy with the protests (Which I was never part of!!!) and some of the shit written on facebook and messageboards and if it resulted in our club going bust then I dont want to be someone getting a knock on the door off these people.

As Gwyn put it, they wouldnt be coming around for a JV chat.

Now take that as you will but its given me a reality check about some of the crap (Banter in my book!) I write on here.

Truth of the matter was, and I'm sure Annis wont mind me sharing this and will confirm it if necc.

I got to be the worse moderator ever, rarely ban or delete anything, otherwise do you really think that wood worm and his multi alias's would be on here

However with all the fuss and attention flying about, I was a bit concerned the press were looking for anything controversial on our board, I read two posts by people who's names I hadn't seen before, both post were more than personal and derogatory against the Malaysians, now its a fine line and everyone is entitled to their own view, but we can't have personal abuse and borderline racist comments at any time, but more so now than ever, for God's sake, does anyone want to post the message that turns into the straw that broke the camels back so to speak.

So I deleted the messages and banned the two posters who I assumed were Jacks trying to stir things up and cause us more problems. Well who ever these posters were they contacted Annis, protesting their innocnce and then in his mistaken haste , removed my moderator priveleges (priveleges,yeh OK)

Would have made sense to possibly check with me first in my opinion, but he was out having a meal with his family and i was out on the lash, so not that easy to do

Ten second phone call and all cleared up, so let's get on with our normal arguing about anything other than shirt colours like only we can best.

Don't think Polo's done a U turn, I will only believe that when he post Nashy is his new best friend and he loves being miles away from the away fans. I wasn't putting frighteners on anyone, and personally I don't think his posts were any worse than many others, perhaps his name is to easy to remember and to many people know who he is in the real world.

A lot of the stuff flying about is childish, but there can be dire consequences, and not all people are rational calm level headed people, they will hurt you first and talk later, if that's not how it is in your world, then get me a plot of land next door
Just ask Dayo, who still carries the scars from his indiscretions, we are a great club, with mad fans in a mad world, let's just hope we can move on and win the Premier League (in pink pajamas, if neccersary, might attract a few jack fans the as ell, like the f**k we want to.)

I think Polo has handled this superbly, we can all get caught up and carried away with things on this mad internet, but we do sometimes have to answer for our actions, so a wake up call for all of us, me included, just hope there's no bad feelings, and I'd like to think it's a result if we can learn something from thes past few days.

What cracks me up on this topic, is there are at least two poster in this thread who are Dayo alias's, town hall clock.That's the only reason Annis hates banning him, because when you ban Dayo, he reappears more often with even more crap under more names, mad I tell you, but a little pathetic as well.
